What is energy medicine?
The Force.
Energy medicine is the practice of harnessing invisible spiritual energy to transmute one thing into another.
We experience energy medicine all the time. Have you ever sat down with a friend at the end of a bad day and left feeling lighter? Your friend transmuted your heaviness with their lighter energy and sent you off a little brighter. Energy medicine works in the same way, and with a trained practitioner, we can intensify and direct energy in ways that can change your direction on a quantum level.
Integrated sessions
Each of our sessions is created just for you. I integrate techniques from Reiki, natural world healing, and modern energy work. We’ll use a directed combination of stones, crystals, oracle cards, essential oils, drums, rattles, feathers, incense, readings, art, and above all, intuition, to guide you safely where you need to be. Each session is as different as the day and supports your becoming at its perfect place. Sessions are in-studio and online.
Reiki: simple magic
Reiki is the transfer of universal energy (qi) to heal and enliven. This is the same universal energy described in field theory, holographic science, superluminal connectedness, the Hundredth Monkey Principle (morphogenetic fields), and multi-dimensional reality. Or more simply, how someone calls you just as you were thinking of them. Your energies were connected on an invisible highway and they felt compelled to call.
Using sweeping hand motions, symbols, breath, and intention, Reiki practitioners can move energy to and through you, the earth, situations in the past, present, and future, the universe, animals, food, anything!
This energy is moved for the greatest and highest good of all things.
It can rejuvenate you, give you clarity, remove stored blockages in your body and spirit, call attention to physical aliments that need care, and a host of other things.
Like water, Reiki energy finds the places that need love, and permeates them.
As a Reiki Master, we will co-create a session that speaks to your need. If you’re reading this now, you’re likely already sensing your intention for our session. Reiki is a beautiful methodology on its own and used as a compliment to Western and alternative therapies as well.

The profound work of Earth Medicine
Neo-shamanism, or Earth Medicine, is the energetic work of the indigenous shamans of the world, learned and practiced in our modern times and integrated with other modern techniques.
While I do not take the title of Shaman, a role held by indigenous peoples, I undertook rigorous training from the Four Winds Society, which was co-crafted by Incan Shamans specifically for Westerners and non-indigenous practitioners. These practices are considered wisdom techniques and have been practiced by most cultures in the world for thousands of years.
Much of the Earth Medicine work involves tracking to the past and future to identify what needs clearing, healing, re-establishing, or discovering. These are things such as soul loss + retrievals, destiny retrievals, extractions of energies and entities, and illuminations that replace dark energy with light energy.
I work within Jungian, spiritual, cultural, and natural archetypes to receive and communicate the information that is waiting for you.

The important thing is that if you feel the pull, pay attention to it. This work is not meant for the brain, whose job is to keep you from being eaten.
